What’s an ADU?
An ADU stands for Accessory Dwelling Unit. These “Backyard Homes” give homeowners extra income as rentals or AirBnBs, or provide a guest house, adult child’s home, a quiet office, or studio. Please don’t call them “Granny Flats” as most grandmothers are the owners.
